Your personal data will be processed under the responsibility of the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI) to collect any doubts that users may have about the activities of the Organization and to answer to these doubts.

For this purpose, the Organization may use the services of third-party providers that are located outside the European Economic Area in countries that offer an adequate level of protection with companies that have joined the Privacy Shield-USA (Google Drive, Mailchimp). In any case, these companies have signed contracts that safeguard the security of the personal data in compliance with the European regulations.

The legal basis that legitimates the data processing is your express consent. Your data will be kept indefinitely until you revoke the consent given or request the cancellation/suppression of your data or the objection to processing.

You can revoke the consent given with the simple notification of your will by sending an e-mail of “unsubscribe” to the following e-mail address protecciondatos@oei.es.

Additionally, you may exercise your rights to access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability, and limitation of the processing of your data by contacting the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI) at Calle Bravo Murillo, 38- 28015 Madrid or at protecciondatos@oei.es, with a copy of your ID proving properly your identity. In any situation, you have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (AEPD).
